Candidates must possess either a Level 6 degree in a related field, or a Level 5 diploma/higher diploma plus 5 years' work experience in a managerial role, with preference given to those with a Level 6 degree in a construction-related discipline and at least 3 years' management experience in the industry.

Apply after you finish – within 12 months of completing the course, online through the Get Qualified portal using your e-ID. You can make up to 4 applications in any 5 years.

You'll get a Tax Credit Certificate in the portal. Check whether the credit already shows on your income tax statement; if not, send the Commissioner for Revenue an adjustment form and the RA10 form with copies of the certificates.
