Full entry requirements
Any MQF Level 4 (at least 120 credits) recognised qualification in Engineering, Science or ICT, or 2 A-Level passes and 2 I-Level passes including Physics or Mathematics; a maturity clause route is available for applicants aged 23 and over without these qualifications.

Your application pack

Apply after you finish – within 12 months of completing the course, online through the Get Qualified portal using your e-ID. You can make up to 4 applications in any 5 years.

After approval
You'll get a Tax Credit Certificate in the portal. Check whether the credit already shows on your income tax statement; if not, send the Commissioner for Revenue an adjustment form and the RA10 form with copies of the certificates. Unused credit can be carried forward for up to 15 years.Details for the form
