ACCA qualification requires Two A Levels (Grades A to E) and three GCSEs (Grades A to C or Grade 1 to 6) or equivalent in five separate subjects including English and Mathematics, with graduate-entry and no-qualification routes also available.

Your application pack
When to apply, what to have ready, and the details to copy into the official form. You submit it yourself.
Apply after you finish – within 12 months of completing the course, online through the Get Qualified portal using your e-ID. You can make up to 4 applications in any 5 years.

After approval
You'll get a Tax Credit Certificate in the portal. Check whether the credit already shows on your income tax statement; if not, send the Commissioner for Revenue an adjustment form and the RA10 form with copies of the certificates. Unused credit can be carried forward for up to 15 years.Details for the form

Both schemes are for fees you pay yourself: if your employer pays for the course (e.g. through Jobsplus's Investing in Skills), you normally can't claim them for the same fees.
