Full entry requirements

Applicants must hold a first cycle degree with at least Category II/Second Class Honours, or a relevant Diploma in Health Science plus five years' relevant work experience, or a comparable professional qualification plus five years' relevant work experience, with those under the latter two categories required to pass an interview and complete a preparatory programme; all applicants must demonstrate aptitude via a personal interview.

Declaration that the costs aren't reimbursed – e.g. by your employer
De minimis declaration – only if the course relates to your own business or self-employment

After approval

You'll get a Tax Credit Certificate in the portal. Check whether the credit already shows on your income tax statement; if not, send the Commissioner for Revenue an adjustment form and the RA10 form with copies of the certificates. Unused credit can be carried forward for up to 15 years.
