Applicants must satisfy the General Entry Requirements: Matriculation Certificate and Secondary Education Certificate passes at Grade 5 or better or SEC Level 3 in Maltese, English Language and Mathematics, or admission as an Adult Learner under Regulation 6(c) with relevant qualifications/experience, and submission of a Police Certificate of Conduct.

Apply after you finish – within 12 months of completing the course, online through the Get Qualified portal using your e-ID. You can make up to 4 applications in any 5 years.

You'll get a Tax Credit Certificate in the portal. Check whether the credit already shows on your income tax statement; if not, send the Commissioner for Revenue an adjustment form and the RA10 form with copies of the certificates.
