Applicants need ECDL or equivalent, Matsec O-level (or equivalent, MQF Level 3) in English, Maltese and Maths, and either Matsec Advanced/Intermediate Level qualifications (MQF Level 4), an equivalent MQF Level 4 qualification, recognition of prior learning, or more than 5 years' experience in a supervisory/managerial role or higher.

Apply after you finish – within 12 months of completing the course, online through the Get Qualified portal using your e-ID. You can make up to 4 applications in any 5 years.

You'll get a Tax Credit Certificate in the portal. Check whether the credit already shows on your income tax statement; if not, send the Commissioner for Revenue an adjustment form and the RA10 form with copies of the certificates.
