Applicants must be registered with the Malta Council of Nurses & Midwives (CNM) or an officially recognised foreign nursing council, holding either an MQF Level 6 or MQF Level 5 qualification in nursing, combined with five years of validated nursing experience in a healthcare setting.

Apply after you finish – within 12 months of completing the course, online through the Get Qualified portal using your e-ID. You can make up to 4 applications in any 5 years.

You'll get a Tax Credit Certificate in the portal. Check whether the credit already shows on your income tax statement; if not, send the Commissioner for Revenue an adjustment form and the RA10 form with copies of the certificates.
