Applicants need A/S or A levels, Matriculation Certificate, IB Diploma (34 points), GCSE/IGCSE O-Levels plus A/S or A Levels, AP Program, or equivalent high school diploma, plus proof of English proficiency (native speaker, TOEFL, IELTS 6.0, CAE, prior English-medium education, or internal English test).

Apply after you finish – within 12 months of completing the course, online through the Get Qualified portal using your e-ID. You can make up to 4 applications in any 5 years.

You'll get a Tax Credit Certificate in the portal. Check whether the credit already shows on your income tax statement; if not, send the Commissioner for Revenue an adjustment form and the RA10 form with copies of the certificates.
