Full entry requirements

Applicants need a minimum of one of: a qualification in HR or similar at level 4 (level 5 also considered) plus O level standard English, a Level 4 certificate in Education plus O level standard English, or a MATSEC certificate plus O level standard English; international applicants need O level standard English or equivalent; RPL is also considered.

Apply before your course ends – on or before the last day of the course, through Jobsplus's online form. Late applications are refused. MySkills isn't open to the self-employed. Then claim your refund within 6 months of the course ending, once you have your certificate.

ID card or residence permit
Course schedule – from the college
Official receipts – with the college's name, receipt number, date, your name, amount and course – bank statements aren't accepted
Payment Declaration Form – only if your receipts are missing details – the college fills it in and signs it
De minimis declaration – only if the course is linked to a business you've had in the last 3 years

When you claim

Certificate of achievement – from the college
Financial Identification Form – your bank details, signed by you – the refund is paid into an account in your name
