Candidates must have a Level 6 degree related to Law, AI, Finance, Accounting, Insurance, Banking, Criminology, Governance, Business or Government Policy; or a Level 6 degree unrelated to these areas plus 2 years relevant experience (subject to interview); or a Level 5 Diploma/Higher Diploma plus 4 years' mandatory work experience in a supervisory/managerial role (subject to interview); RPL process available for mature students without formal qualifications.

Apply after you finish – within 12 months of completing the course, online through the Get Qualified portal using your e-ID. You can make up to 4 applications in any 5 years.

You'll get a Tax Credit Certificate in the portal. Check whether the credit already shows on your income tax statement; if not, send the Commissioner for Revenue an adjustment form and the RA10 form with copies of the certificates.
