Applicants must hold a Bachelor's degree with at least Second Class Honours or Category II in a suitable area of study (Third Class Honours/Category III may be considered with other qualifications or relevant experience), or be admitted via Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) with comparable qualifications and documented experience.

Apply after you finish – within 12 months of completing the course, online through the Get Qualified portal using your e-ID. You can make up to 4 applications in any 5 years.

You'll get a Tax Credit Certificate in the portal. Check whether the credit already shows on your income tax statement; if not, send the Commissioner for Revenue an adjustment form and the RA10 form with copies of the certificates. Unused credit can be carried forward for up to 15 years.Details for the form
