Full entry requirements
Applicants must hold a law degree (Doctor of Laws, LLB Category II or LLB Honours Second Class, or Diploma of Notary Public) or a Bachelor's degree with at least Second Class Honours/Category II in Accountancy, Banking and Finance, Economics or Insurance, or a recognised professional qualification in Accountancy/Accountancy and Auditing, or an equivalent qualification deemed relevant by the Board, with possible admission by interview.

Apply after you finish – within 12 months of completing the course, online through the Get Qualified portal using your e-ID. You can make up to 4 applications in any 5 years.

After approval
You'll get a Tax Credit Certificate in the portal. Check whether the credit already shows on your income tax statement; if not, send the Commissioner for Revenue an adjustment form and the RA10 form with copies of the certificates. Unused credit can be carried forward for up to 15 years.Details for the form
