2nd Upper Bachelors degree or Pass in a Bachelors degree and a minimum of 5 years work experience which should be in an administrative or managerial position in an SME or organisation AND Proof of Proficiency in the use of the English language, either through an international language course certification, OR Proof of attendance in a University where the Tuition language was English, OR Proof

Apply after you finish – within 12 months of completing the course, online through the Get Qualified portal using your e-ID. You can make up to 4 applications in any 5 years.

After approval
You'll get a Tax Credit Certificate in the portal. Check whether the credit already shows on your income tax statement; if not, send the Commissioner for Revenue an adjustment form and the RA10 form with copies of the certificates. Unused credit can be carried forward for up to 15 years.Details for the form
